Many producers are seeking ways to minimize costs without sacrificing product quality. Curing is a portion of the block making process where costs are controllable. Mist curing has a relatively low cost, it is simple, and maintains an excellent consistency of finished product. Cement continues to increase in strength as long as moisture is present. Mist curing maintains an environment with a constant humidity, thus prolonging the curing time and resulting in stronger concrete at a lower cost.
