Geneva Rock Products, Inc. announced this month its purchase of the assets of Wilkinson Construction Company, Inc., a civil construction entity specializing in aggregate production, road construction and pavement maintenance.
In this asset acquisition, Geneva Rock Products has purchased Wilkinson Construction Company’s asphalt plant, mobile asphalt pavement equipment, mobile asphalt preservation and maintenance equipment, aggregate extraction and processing property and equipment, as well as the related real property assets from an affiliated company.

Wilkinson Construction Company was organized in 1947 by brothers John Henry Wilkinson, Cole Wilkinson, and Bert Wilkinson. Their 65+ year legacy was founded upon hard work, steadfast integrity and dedication to the community they serve. Over the years the company was known for work on various large projects, including Morgan County road improvements and Hill Air Force Base. The company was most recently operated and managed by John, Dan and Stuart Wilkinson, descendants of the original co-owners.
