Hilti, Inc. supplier of quality, innovative and specialized tools and fastening systems for the professional user, has been recognized as one of this year’s 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials in the country.
In just 10 years, millennials will make up 75 percent of the workforce. To compete for top talent and ensure long-term success, businesses must prepare to appeal to and engage this unique generation of employees. Hilti is honored to announce that after surveying nearly 90,000 millennials, Great Place to Work and Fortune has recognized Hilti as number 68. This ranking comes from an anonymous survey of millennial employees administered by the workplace culture experts at a Great Place to Work.
“We strive to be an employer of choice and continuously invest in the development of our team members,” said Cary Evert, Hilti North America President and CEO. “This ranking offers evidence that we are creating an environment where people want to come to work every day.”
The Top 100 companies were selected based on the evaluations of nearly 90,000 millennial-aged employees who were surveyed using the Trust Index, Great Place to Work’s employee assessment survey. The 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials is part of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and Fortune based entirely on employee surveys from published Great Place to Work Reviews.
Earlier this year, Hilti was recognized as one of the Best Workplaces on the 2015 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
