“America’s Cup of Civil Engineering” is up for grabs at the American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) 28th Annual National Concrete Canoe Competition. Starting June 20, twenty-two teams of engineering students from across the United States and Canada will come together for the annual competition. Throughout the year, 215 teams of civil engineering students spent thousands of hours researching, designing and constructing their unique concrete canoes aimed at creating the winning combination of creativity, knowledge and teamwork to secure them a place in the national competition.
