The Portland Cement Association (PCA) and Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) will team up at the National Hurricane Conference, March 21-24, to discuss concrete safe room resilience. PCA highlights that a resilient structure that can protect someone's family can be made for the cost of a typical bathroom remodel.
