The weather was ideal to spend time at World of Concrete's outdoor exhibits and events.

Strong attendance marked the 35th edition of World of Concrete, held Feb. 3–6 in Las Vegas. A total of 65,287 registered professionals strolled among 880,000 square feet of exhibits.

“World of Concrete continues to be as full and robust as it has in the past,” said show director Tom Cindric. “We have seen an increase in our outdoor exhibits and events, and those that attended were amazed at the new products and offerings. Even though the overall numbers may be lower this year, as with most trade shows in this current economic environment, it is the quality of buyers we bring to the table that continues to make this a strong and important event for the industry.”

Next year's show takes place Feb. 2–5, seminars begin Feb. 1, in Las Vegas. Visit Look for a full report on World of Concrete, including news, new products, and events, in the April issue.
