Corrosion-free rebar support

Support all types of reinforcing steel with Lenton plastic rebar supports. Styles include rebar chairs, slab/beam bolsters, and wagon wheels. The polyethylene supports are strong, lightweight, and chemical-resistant. Their natural color is designed to blend with concrete. Lenton products are packaged for ease of movement on the jobsite and are specified wherever corrosion-free support is needed. They qualify as CRSI Class 1 bar supports. Green meets machine

Turn waste concrete into extra profit with the C-3 Hammermill Crusher. The high-capacity crusher eliminates the expense of hauling waste and lowers raw material costs. With an extra large throat, the crusher can be charged by a front-end loader or other automatic method. A sizing grate in the crushing chamber ensures uniformity of crushed material. Interchangeable grates are available in various sizes to produce material from 1 1/4 in. to fine powder. The C-3 Hammermill can crush 40-50 tons per hour with a 75 hp motor. Mixer Systems Inc. 800-756-4937. www.mixersystems.com.

Retain concrete workability

RheoTEC admixtures retain concrete's workability for longer periods under adverse conditions. They can be used in any concrete application to extend the benefits of water-reducing admixtures. RheoTEC products promote consistent workability and air content and improve early- and late-age compressive strengths. Producers can achieve flexible slump retention and workability without retardation. The first admixture in the new series is RheoTEC Z-60. Improved reclamation system

Betonwash reclaims excess concrete and slurry water from the cleaning of trucks, pumps, ready-mix trucks, and buckets. The new system is flexible with improved hopper solutions and simpler maintenance. Like the previous model, the Betonwash requires no filters. It uses a spiral system to extract solid materials. It is available in two models rated at 13 and 32 cubic yards/hour capacity. Simem America Corp. 877-333-9924. www.simem.us.

Safe, automated lifting

The Travelift Auto Spreader bar is a fully automated strongback spreader operated entirely from the Travelift cab. The spreader's automated functions and cab operations reduce safety concerns. The Auto Spreader also eliminates the need for climbing ladders often used to hook and unhook products. Each Auto Spreader is ideal for many applications. Mi-Jack Products. 800-664-5225. www.mi-jack.com.

Reclaim waste water

The Auto-Vac Filter is a self-contained dewatering system that filters industrial sludges, so wastewater can be reused or safely discarded. As water is vacuumed through a filter aid media, solids accumulate on the filter drum's surface. Solids are scraped from the drum's surface and fall into a collections container. The solids measure up to 65% dry solid content by weight, or the consistency of damp sand. Filtered water is pumped into a nonpotable tank and can be reused for batching or form washout. Robotic precision

The manufacturer has added robotic technology to its thin brick extrusion and packaging facilities. Proprietary manufacturing techniques are designed to streamline production, reduce material waste, and allow products to meet rigorous quality standards. This investment results precise and flexible material handling, especially on custom, small, or blended orders. Ironrock/Metrobrick. 888-325-3945. www.metrothinbrick.com.

New precast accessories

A new line of bridge products includes square and double-tee stem blockouts specifically designed for forming precast concrete bridges. Square and round hole covers eliminate costly field grouting. Six new standard colors have been en added to the line of concrete finishing products, including Swift-Lift and Burke Lift covers, and circular and square closure caps. This brings the full color range to 11, plus paint-ready and custom color options. High Concrete Accessories. 800-508-2583. www.highconcreteaccessories.com

Precast insulation system

The Thermomass system includes polystyrene insulation and fiber-composite connectors, sandwiched between two concrete layers. Fiber-composite connectors eliminate thermal bridges and prevent vapor transfer and thermal leakage, reducing a building's energy costs. The connectors are made of 76% glass fibers and 24% vinyl ester polymer, providing strength and low thermal conductivity. Thermomass contributes toward sustainability credit in five LEED sec sections. Composite Technologies Corp. 800-232-1748. www.thermomass.com.

Seamless masonry design

A new formliner creates simulated smooth brick or block masonry finish with no seams. They interlock side-by-side and top-to-bottom, allowing them to line up perfectly and leave no visible seams. The liners do not require taping, sacking, patching, or rubbing, and there are no large, heavy mats to move. Fitzgerald Formliners. 800-547-7760. www.formliners.com.

Specialty thin veneers

New oversize and glazed concrete thin veneers give precasters more design options. Oversize concrete thin veneers portray character in splitface, Premier Elite shotblast, Premier Ultra burnished, Premier Glazed textures, and numerous colors. Premier Glazed and Premier Prestige Series thin veneers provide a durable, satin finish surface in a colorfast palette. These thin veneers are economical and contain recycled content. Units meet PCI dimensional tolerances and provide a permanent concrete-to-concrete bond. County Materials. 800-289-2569. www.countymaterials.com.

Composite beam for slim floors

Compatible with both concrete and steel frames, the Deltabeam customized composite steel beam permits slimmer floor designs. This optimizes vertical space, allowing designers to fit more floors than other systems for the same building height. The beams do not require shoring and can reach spans up to 40 ft. in both directions (both the beam and the slab). Peikko Canada. 888-734-5561. www.peikkousa.com.
