GREENSITE Project Awards

Continuing GREENSITE's philosophy, the editors of CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION and THE CONCRETE PRODUCER have created the GREENSITE Project of the Year award program.

Judges will base the selection criteria on the contributions of contractors and producers to the sustainability of the entire project, not just the materials used, and concrete or concrete products must be a significant part of the project. Each entry requires some documentation that an independent rating system has provided a sustainable certification or verification, documenting its status as a green project.

Winning projects will be featured in Concrete Construction and The Concrete Producer magazines, as well as online. GREENSITE winners also will receive special recognition at the GREENSITE exhibit at World of Concrete 2009. Entries are due April 18, 2008. Include a detailed description, photos, and project team members. For more entry instructions click here.
