Products Inc. installed a computerized maintenance management system.
This system has improved many aspects of Cemstone's operations. Parts purchases for vehicles are
tracked through the system so needed replacement parts are easily identified and can be reordered
appropriately. Tracking the wear on tires is another of the system's functions.
The easy access to information has made it easier for Cemstone management to focus on any part of their
maintenance operation. The information on purchasing lets them know how much money they spend with
which vendors.
