Registration is open for the 2013 Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Convention and National Bridge Conference, being held September 21 – 24 at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas. The event will provide the opportunity to Discover High Performance through an extensive series of education sessions; broad-based networking opportunities; numerous social events; and one of the industry’s largest exhibit halls dedicated to precast concrete products, materials, and services.

Each year, the PCI Convention and National Bridge Conference attracts precast concrete producers, suppliers, engineers, academics, representatives for State Departments of Transportation, and other industry stakeholders.

“The PCI Convention and National Bridge Conference is the premier event for the precast concrete structures industry,” said PCI President James G. Toscas, P.E. “This year’s event focuses on high performance and offers several opportunities for individuals to grow their businesses and careers. Today’s successful companies have to be versatile, efficient, and resilient – just like precast concrete structures.”

The event will offer more than 40 education sessions, including approximately 100 peer-reviewed technical papers. All technical sessions provide continuing education credit that is accepted in all 50 states. Education tracks will include sustainability, technical, marketing, transportation, research and development, and executive leadership.

A 50,000-square-foot exhibit hall will offer exposure to the latest in new products and
technologies. Additionally, there will be several opportunities to network including receptions, plant tours, the Opening Program, and the Celebration of Excellence. PCI council and committee meetings will be held prior to the convention (September 19 - 21) and are open to visitors unless otherwise noted.

The early bird registration deadline is August 16, 2013. Visit to learn more and to register. Contact with any questions.
