Today's workers are different from the employees of the 40s, 50s, and 60s. They have different lifestyles and social activities. These changes have a distinct effect on the market place, and must be accounted for with proper motivation and training. Proper action includes: keeping a positive attitude towards employees; taking an aggressive attitude toward problems; recruiting employees with a good work ethic; making sure your workers know you care; recognizing key employees; developing strong communications and planning; conducting meaningful company meetings.
