The Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) will celebrate 60 years of success at the 60th anniversary PCI Convention and National Bridge Conference at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Md., near Washington, D.C., Sept. 6-9.
The 60th Anniversary Convention promises to be one of the best in PCI history. The educational offerings will provide information and knowledge that you can put directly into practice. The extensive technical program, which will include more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, will offer you continuing education credit. The program also has tracks on marketing and sales, productivity, sustainability, executive leadership, R&D, building materials, and transportation. Meet with exhibitors in the 35,000-square-foot exhibit hall to discover new products and technologies to help you compete in the marketplace. Exhibit hall hours are 5-7 p.m., Sept. 6, and 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Sept. 7-9.
Things get underway with the Welcome Reception at 5 p.m., Sept. 6, in the exhibit hall. Other events you won’t want to miss are the Opening Program at 7 a.m., Sept. 7, and the PCI Foundation events. Plant tours are scheduled for Sept. 9; visit PCI’s website for more details.
