Dan Visel joins Heldenfels Enterprises Inc. June 30 as a new vice president. His initial focus will be on opportunities for continuous improvement and revenue growth across all functional areas of the organization.
Visel brings an in-depth background in manufacturing, having advised several Fortune 500 manufacturers and building products suppliers as a senior manager with USC Consulting Group, LLC. Visel is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and obtained his MBA last year from McCombs Business School at the University of Texas. Most recently, he served as chief opperating officer of Top Tier Rides, LLC, an Austin based startup venture.
Effective June 1, Adam Mainka has been promoted to director of plant operations at Heldenfels. In his new role, Mainka will oversee all plant production operations for each of the company plants located in San Marcos and Corpus Christi, Texas.
Mainka first joined HEI in 2009 as a Quality Control (QC) Technician and was subsequently promoted during his first two years, to QC Supervisor and then QC Manager. Since then he has also held the position of San Marcos plant manager. Mainka holds a PCI level III certification and is active in the industry as co-chair of PCI’s productivity committee and 2014 chairman of the leadership PCI program committee.
Heldenfels Enterprises Inc. is a manufacturer of precast/prestressed concrete structures serving the highway and bridge, commercial, marine/industrial and sports facility construction markets.
