Haul payload, not extra weight

Using 6061 T-6 alloy extrusions made from 88% recycled aluminum, the ZEUS one-ton dump body yields savings with reduced weight over comparable steel bodies. Its robust design stands up to demanding jobs, with a 3/16-in.-thick extruded floor, 7-in. H-beam longsills, and stainless hardware. TruckCraft Corp. 800-755-3867. Booth #787

Beyond heavy duty

The 2011 F-Series Super Duty boasts all-new powertrains, led by the 6.7-liter Power Stroke V-8 turbocharged diesel engine. The biodiesel-compatible engine delivers improved torque, horsepower, and fuel economy while maintaining its towing and payload capacity. Optional Ford Work Solutions plus a flow-through console with 110-volt inverter and locking underseat storage create an office on wheels. Ford Commercial Truck. 800-782-8627. Booth #1779

Prevent fuel theft

Deter theft with an inexpensive new security collar for fuel transfer tanks. This device secures a GPI fuel transfer pump mounted on a tank or barrel; it also works for vent caps. The synthetic polymer material stands up to all kinds of weather. The security collar accepts standard Master or Master 40 locks. Great Plains Industries. 800-835-0113. Booth #579

Load multiple carts

A split retention ramp is now available for Models 85 and 89 steel platform model rail gates with standard power open and closure. Integrated into the platform, the split retention ramp is 12 in. deep and adds 5 in. of loading depth. Its lightweight aluminum design makes the ramp easy to operate. The drop-lock design allows easy storage, retention, and ramp positioning. Tommy Gate Co. 800-543-8428. Booth #1273

Heavy-duty suspension

The PRIMAAX EX vocational rear air suspension system has superior durability, handling, and air spring capacity. The system's structural beams integrate the cross beam attachment points for greater reliability, stability, and control. With a new frame hanger and torque rod configuration, the suspension geometry improves handling and roll stiffness, and reduces vibration. Hendrickson Truck Systems Group. 866-743-3247. Booth #1573

Shed light on your work

The Smith Light is a safe and weatherproof, self-contained Portable Area Illumination System. Two LED light heads provide 1480 lumens each. They extend up from a rugged ABS shell and tilt to enhance light in the work area. A sealed, rechargeable battery lasts up to six hours with both light heads; up to 12 hours with one. Golight Inc. 800-557-0098. Booth #670

Control diesel exhaust

The Series UR7000 Urea Dispensing Reel aides the servicing and dispensing of urea onboard systems for late-model diesel engines. Power on demand

Generate AC power with a truck-mounted, mobile AC power generation system. The 12 or 15kW model systems use the truck's transmission power take-off gear, not its electrical system, to create a mobile power station. The system mounts between a truck's frame rails, and operates without brushes to replace. Real Power, Div. of Contour Hardening Inc. 877-670-7325. Booth #4210
