Lafarge identifies its four most high-risk situations as: working at height, energy isolation tasks, access to confined spaces, and using mobile equipment.
Employees went home with a souvenir CD of songs called, “I Chose to Look the Other Way” and “It's Up to Me,” written by Don Merrell, with music composed and performed by precast plant employees.
